AI Empower is a project by WOMENTOR Verein and WOMENTOR OG based in Vienna, Austria. The platform connects users with AI-related educational content, coaching, mentoring, and partner courses.

2. Scope

These terms apply to:

• Bookings of courses listed on our platform (offered by partners)

• Bookings of mentoring and coaching (offered via AI Empower)

3. Partner Courses

• AI Empower acts as a listing and promotion platform only

• The contractual relationship for the course is between the user and the course provider

• AI Empower does not assume liability for course content, quality, or pricing

• Any complaints or refund requests must be directed to the partner

4. Mentoring & Coaching

• Booking and scheduling occur via the AI Empower platform

• Services are provided by independent experts and coaches

• These experts are solely responsible for their services, contents, and professional qualifications (e.g. certifications or accreditations)

• AI Empower acts only as a facilitator and provides technical infrastructure

5. Cancellation Policy

Please note that AI Empower operates under a strict cancellation policy. All coaching sessions and course bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

Cancellations made at any time after booking will incur a 100% cancellation fee, meaning the full amount will be charged and no refunds will be issued. This ensures fairness to our coaches and partners who reserve time and resources for each appointment. We appreciate your understanding.

6. Prices & Payment

• Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes

• Payment for coaching/mentoring and courses occurs via AI Empower’s payment system (using Stripe)

7. User Responsibilities

• Users agree to provide truthful data

• Users must treat all interactions respectfully and follow platform rules

8. Content & IP

All content on the AI Empower site is protected. Reproduction or reuse without consent is not permitted.

9. Changes to Services or Terms

AI Empower may update offerings or change these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users in advance.

10. Jurisdiction & Legal Entity

All legal matters are governed by Austrian law.
