How does AI Mentoring work?
Sign Up & Get Started :
Secure your place by paying your initial instalment.
You will receive a welcome email with the next steps.
Create your mentee account on our platform and fill out a detailed questionnaire to tell us about your goals, challenges, and what you’re looking for in a mentor.
All you need to do is be clear about the skills and guidance you seek – we take care of the rest.
1.
Get Matched with a Mentor:
We match you with a mentor through our proven process: a smart combination of our advanced algorithm, a large database of mentors, and personal, hand-picked matching.
The matching phase typically takes 4–5 weeks.
You will receive three carefully selected mentor options to choose from. Once you confirm your choice, you will see your mentor’s profile in your account.
After matching, you’ll be asked to complete the remaining membership payment, and your mentoring journey can begin.

Join the Community:
Mentoring with AI EMPOWER connects you to a vibrant, like-minded community.
Attend in-person and online community events, including our next meet-up in autumn in Vienna, or join virtual gatherings if you’re outside Vienna.
Stay connected, grow your network, and get inspired throughout your mentoring year.
3.
Start Your Mentoring Journey:
Meet your mentor for your first session and decide on the frequency and format that suits your goals.
Alongside your mentoring, you will receive a mentoring booklet, structured guidance for up to 9 sessions, and curated resources to support your growth.
Your mentoring relationship and community membership last for one year, giving you the space and structure to grow sustainably.
4.
Track Your Progress:
Your growth journey is important to us.
You will receive three feedback forms during the year to reflect on your goals and track your progress.
We invite you to share your feedback on your mentoring experience, and if you need support in adjusting your match or mentoring path, we are here for you.

Next round of mentoring starts in September 2025!

We offer different membership fees as one-time payment. For every subscription, 150€ deposit before the matching process is mandatory. The rest of the payment is due once you are matched to your mentor. Prices are incl. 20% VAT (USt.)
