CONNECTED MINDS

Your Voice on AI and Mental Health.

AI is already part of how we learn, connect and cope. Connected Minds brings together 20 young adults from Austria and Romania to explore how AI shapes mental health, digital wellbeing and everyday choices.

Together we create responses that matters to all of us.

Living with AI — Without Losing Ourselves

AI can open doors, support learning and make information easier to access. But it can also amplify pressure, bias, misinformation and emotional dependence.

Therefore program ‘Connected Minds’ creates a safe, practical space where you can examine both sides and build the confidence to reflect on AI critically.

Building
Critical AI Literacy

Understanding how algorithms, data, bias and platform design influence what we see and believe.

Protecting
Digital Wellbeing

Recognising information overload, comparison pressure, emotional reliance on AI and ways to stay in control.

Creating Change
with Peers

Developing campaigns, tools and learning formats that speak to young people in their own communities.

Your experiences, questions and ideas shape the program. Together we turn critical reflection into practical awareness campaigns for your peers.
