Taking AI EMPOWER to the Next Stage

From May 2026 to April 2027, we are strengthening AI EMPOWER’s path to market with support from the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG) through the Markt.Einstieg programme. Together with our community and partners, we are making inclusive, practical and critical AI learning easier to discover, access and use.
A stronger platform for inclusive AI learning
AI is changing how we learn, create and work. Yet access to relevant skills, trusted guidance and supportive networks remains unequal, especially for FLINTA* people and other underrepresented communities.
AI EMPOWER already brings together courses, coaching, mentoring, hands-on labs, critical knowledge and community. Through the FFG Markt.Einstieg project, we are building the structures needed to make these offers more accessible, easier to navigate and ready to reach more people and organisations.
What we are working on
Understanding our community
We are analysing user needs, market opportunities and the current journey through AI EMPOWER to identify barriers and improve the experience.

We are refining how people discover, book and access courses, coaching, mentoring and other learning opportunities.
