Responsible AI Readiness Check
Responsible AI Readiness Check
AI EMPOWER Consulting × HUMABLY
Understand where your organisation stands with AI.
Before organisations can make good decisions about AI, they need a clear understanding of their current situation.
The Responsible AI Readiness Check brings together organisational and employee perspectives, competencies, relevant AI use cases, risks and governance questions.
Particular attention is given to DEI and accessibility so that opportunities and potential impacts are considered together from the beginning.
Why start with AI readiness?
AI adoption often develops unevenly.
Different teams may already be using AI in different ways. Some use cases may offer real value while others create unanswered questions around responsibility, risk or governance.
Employees may also have very different levels of experience, confidence and competence.
The Responsible AI Readiness Check creates a structured starting point for understanding this situation before making further organisational decisions.
What the consulting engagement examines
The current product concept connects several perspectives.
ORGANISATIONAL AI READINESS
Understanding the organisation’s current starting point and the conditions influencing AI adoption.
EMPLOYEE PERSPECTIVES & COMPETENCIES
Considering how employees experience and use AI and which competencies are relevant for responsible adoption.
RELEVANT AI USE CASES
Identifying and examining AI use cases that may be relevant to the organisation.
RISK & GOVERNANCE
Considering potential risks, governance requirements and organisational questions connected to relevant AI use cases.
DEI & ACCESSIBILITY
Examining AI readiness and potential use cases with particular attention to diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility.
HUMAN-CENTERED & RESPONSIBLE AI
Connecting organisational needs and stakeholder perspectives with responsible AI considerations.
What this engagement is intended to achieve
The purpose of the Responsible AI Readiness Check is to establish a clearer basis for organisational decision-making.
It is intended to help the organisation understand its current AI readiness, identify relevant use cases and recognise important questions around competencies, risk, governance, inclusion and accessibility.
The exact deliverables, work packages and final project scope are defined for the individual consulting product and mandate.
How the expertise is combined
The product is developed and delivered through complementary contributions from AI EMPOWER and HUMABLY.
AI EMPOWER contributes the assessment perspective around organisations, employees, competencies, target groups, inclusion and impact.
HUMABLY contributes the assessment perspective around AI use cases, risk, governance and relevant regulatory considerations.
The purpose of this combination is to connect the way AI is used in organisations with the structures required to use it responsibly.
